Meet the Team

Master Window Cleaners

My brother suggested a start in window cleaning in 1977. It was run as a part time business until 1985 which included doing a Hotel & Catering course 84/85. On completion of that course,  I started CB Homecare Services full time in the northern suburbs as a low-cost business.  I sold that business in 1993 to move to a hobby farm in Bullsbrook. I started Master Window Cleaners  in 1994 with a goal of providing a service company that provides just that… Service!    Add to this Quality and Reliability which makes us the best window cleaning business in Perth.

A heart attack in 2006 led to me getting off the tools, so I am mainly desk-bound these days, getting out to do the quotations and ensuring my clients get top service.  My requirements of my technicians that work with me is that they provide the service as if I were doing that myself.

The Technicians

I’m sure you will understand that the most challenging part of being a business owner is finding good staff.  You hear that all the time from employers!  I have been lucky over the years to have found some excellent technicians.  Occasionally some short-lived, not-so-good ones too.  My team, these days, are the best I’ve ever had and I want them to retire at 65 from MWC.  (Long after I’ve gone.)  They’re that good!  They do the jobs, just like, if not better, than I did.  Most have owned their own businesses, so they know what people want.  Quality and Reliability!  Meet these guys….

Paul comes from near Aberdeen in Scotland.  Paul, also ran a window cleaning business.  He and his wife and their 2 children moved to Australia for the weather and lifestyle.  Paul left his business with his father.  Paul is a non-stop kind of guy!  He really never stops.  Paul has introduced many innovations to Master Window Cleaners, for which, I really appreciate.  When a job is really difficult, I’ll send Paul.

Paul certainly is a Master Window Cleaner!

Leigh is English but you wouldn’t know it.  He actually immigrated when he was 10 years old and lived in the Swan Valley.  Leigh went to school at Gov. Stirling Senior High School and loves working outdoors

Bonnie the office guard dog (lol, yeah right!!!) who greets all tech’s when they come to the office, with a ball and a hopeful expression.  Danger of being licked to death is rated high!

Bonnie died Wednesday 6th June 2018 aged 14 years 6 months.  Bonnie was a wedding present for Fran and myself.  She saw our highs and our lows with a faithful devotion that never waivered.  We hope we gave her the life she deserved!
Bonnie was much loved by us and all she greeted or knew.
